Updated on Edited by Antonio Duarte

Data controller

Playlist Atlas is owned by Onbast. For any communication related to the processing of personal data, write to info@onbast.com.

What data we process

We only process the data strictly necessary for the directory to work: technical cookies (session, consent), data voluntarily submitted in public forms (contact email, playlist or track URL, description of the proposal), and basic anonymous browsing data.

Purpose

To review and, where applicable, editorially publish received proposals; to keep the site secure; to comply with applicable legal obligations. No advertising profiling is performed.

Legal basis

Your consent when submitting the form or accepting optional cookies, and our legitimate interest in keeping the directory operational and secure.

Retention

Editorial submissions are kept for the duration of review plus a reasonable period afterwards for editorial audit. Cookies follow the terms set in the cookie policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Recipients

We do not sell or transfer data to third parties for commercial purposes. The embedded Spotify player is served by Spotify AB under its own privacy policy.

International transfers

When you interact with the embedded Spotify player, international transfers may occur managed by Spotify AB under its policy. Playlist Atlas does not perform additional transfers.

Your rights

You may exercise rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to info@onbast.com. We will respond within the legal time frame.

Complaints

If you consider your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data: encryption in transit (HTTPS/HSTS), storage with restricted access, and periodic review of the security configuration.

Modifications

Onbast may update this privacy policy. The current version is always the one published on this page.
